If a person calls his mother as..... 'Hi, my Father's wife!', it is contempt.

Even if it is 100% truth! it is contempt.

Same is about Judges and Courts.

For Contempt Law, it is not important whether what is
said it Truth or not.

What is important is, how it is said... Is it said in such a way that it reduces
faith of people in Judiciary?.. If yes, then probably,
it will be held as Contempt of Court.
