Two points which every appellate judge wants to know
Two points:
1) What has happened in this case?
2) What is wrong with the order?
An appellate judge is a judge before whom an appeal or revision application is filed against order of any subordinate court.
When such a case comes up for hearing, the Judge first wants to know what has happened in this case.
Once he has brief idea of what has happened in the case, next thing he wants to know is what is wrong with the order of court below.
Then, the arguments begin.
