Two Lama discuss what SC and HC Judges pray every night.

In the Mountains of Tibet
Two lamas sat near a pond
And studied stillness of water
Younger lama picked up a stone
And threw it in water
And watched circles of ripples
in the water
He turned to Elder Lama asked,
“What are the ways to corrupt a
Judge?”
“Why do you want to know?”
asked Elder Lama
“In my next birth,
If I become a lawyer,
this may help me”
replied younger lama
“There are three main methods
to corrupt a judge”
replied Elder Lama
“First method is to keep
hanging around a judge,
Attend every function he attends,
And travel wherever he goes.
One day he may have forgotten
his cell-phone at home,
and he may need to borrow your
mobile phone
to make a call
Preserve record of this call
and use it as a peg
On which you can hang any
allegations of bribe
Against the judge
He will not be able to disown tele-records.”
Elder Lama explained the first
method
“What is the second method?”
asked younger lama
“Get a list of relatives of a judge
Find out where they work and what they do.
and their PAN numbers.
Then do something
To see that income tax returns
Of these relatives,
show an increase in their graph of incomes.
Then get copies of their income tax
returns.
Now you have documentary proofs
To show that the judge is corrupt,
even if the judge may not have done
anything !”
Elder Lama explained the second method
“And what is third method?”
Asked younger lama
“Get a list of properties of the
judge
as well as his spouse.
If they want to sell any property,
Offer them more than market price
If they shows interest in buying any
property,
Offer them property
At a price which is lower than
market price !
Now use these sale deeds to prove
That the judge is corrupt
Since the Judge will be buying or selling everything in white
So his documents will show a vast difference
with documents of people of same locality
who may have purchased with black money.
This difference will crucify the judge on allegation of corruption
even if judge may not have done any wrong.”
Elder lama explained the third
method
“But how will I get list of
properties of a judge?”
Younger lama pointed out a
difficulty
Elder Lama replied,
“Just go to chamber of any SC or HC judge
and ask him to supply you
a copy of list of his properties
and copy of list of his relatives.
He will promptly give it to you.
“Because now
under Sec. 11 of ‘The Judges
Transparency Act, 2012”
Judges are under an obligation
to wear transparent clothes,
and to make public
list of their properties and relatives”
Explained the elder lama

stone
And threw it in water
And watched beautiful ripples in
water
Then he turned to younger lama
and said,
“Do you know what judges pray
everyday in night before going to sleep?
They say, ‘O God, Keep me protected
from
lawyers for next 24 hours."
“Why for only 24 hours??
Why not for one month or for one year?”
Why not for one month or for one year?”
Younger Lama asked curiously
“Because even God can not protect
any judge from lawyers
for more than 24 hours!
“If you want to destroy a good man,
make him a judge.
Shadows of Corruption
will start circling around him
Like black oil
and he will be soon destroyed”
