And then suggested him
To ask three most stupid
questions
“Are Judges human beings?
Do they have emotions?
Do they see Amir Khan’s
films?”
Younger lama asked three
questions
Which he considered
Most stupid questions
Elder Lama replied,
“Yes, the Judges too are
human beings
they too have emotions and
failings,
and they too see films of
Amir Khan”
“Then why lawyers are saying
that the Judges
should not see film Ghajni
which collected more than 200
crores
from people in two weeks?”
asked younger lama
“Because many people who saw
this film
started suffering from
‘Short Term Memory Loss’
disease”
replied Elder Lama
“What is this
Short Term Memory Loss
disease?”
Asked younger lama.
Elder Lama explained,
“In this disease,
a person retains his long
term memory,
but he cannot hold any new
information
for more than fifteen minutes
in his short term memory.
"After 15 minutes,
He goes blank
And he has to be retold
everything again”
‘Why lawyers consider it
inadvisable for judges to see
this file?”
younger Lama asked
“A husband –wife had gone to see this move,
after they came out from
cinema hall,
husband asked his wife,
‘Who are you? I don’t
remember you’
A person who had taken a big
loan,
Forgot that he had ever taken
any loan
He asked his creditor,
‘Who are you? I don’t
remember you’
A Judge who had gone to see
this film

loss”
Elder Lama explained
‘What happened to the judge?”
asked younger lama
‘Next day judge declared in
court
that he is suffering from
short term memory loss
and he cannot remember a case
for more than 15 minutes
‘He requested both side
lawyers
to finish their arguments
in 13 minutes so that he can
have
two minutes for dictating
judgement”
“And what happens if lawyers
continue to argue for more
than 15 minutes?”
asked younger lama
“After fifteen minutes,
the mind of judge goes blank
and he begins to look blankly
around him
and then he asks court-master,
‘Who am I?
Who are these lawyers?
Why are we here?’
After court master explains
him the situation,
And tells him that he is
Judge who is hearing a case.
He then asks lawyers,
‘Is this a civil case or a
criminal case?’
And the lawyers have to
re-start again”
Elder lama explained the
disease of the Judge
And also explained why
lawyers think
that Judges should see this
film.
