Just now saw a Delhi Govt Car taking photo of a ration card which used to remain closed.
Ration distribution shops are something with which lower income group has to deal with daily.
The corruption is rampant. Many ration card shops siphon away ration grains for poor to black marketeers.
It is heartening to see that Govt has started crack down with raiding parties armed with cameras in mobile phones.
