I don't need to convince the whole world that "The World is not going to End in 2012 as predicted by some."
It is enough for me if I can convince YOU that the world is not going to end in 2012 as predicted by some.
WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE TELLING US?
I checked on Google, Wikipedia about World-Ending-Theories. The details, statistics and reasons given there look good. But they lack, what I call, "Ring of Truth".
HOW I HAVE FORMED BELIEF THAT THE WORLD IS NOT GOING TO END IN 2012 ?
I will give you my A, B, C, D, E & F reasons as below:
A) First I will have to tell you about a novelist called Nevil Shute and His book "No Highway"
This novelist was a visionary. He wrote about 10 or more books. Some of his books predicted future events. When these events actually happened, his book was cited in a Court as Evidence.
He has also wrote a book about how this world is going to end. He said (In 1940) that Iran will drop a nuclear bomb on USA. Because of Russian aircraft or some misunderstanding, USA will drop nuclear bomb on Russia. And then through auto responders, more nuclear blasts will take place and the world will die slowly slowly through spread of radiation.
But let us pause here. Right now I am not talking about his this book.
I am talking about his another book called "No Highway"
This book said, material used in each air plane, has an age limit. After certain flying hours, the plane will crash without any apparent visible reason. Just because its metal has reached age-limit, i.e natural death.
His book was later cited in Evidence in an actual plane crash. (I wish some one should cite this book during investigation of mysterious MIG Plane crashes which are taking place almost one every month in India right now)
ONE THING WHICH I LEARNED FROM "No Highway" book.
This book taught me that, even if the whole world is against my belief, I can stick to my belief and act on it even if I may be looked upon as mad by the world.
This was an important lesson for me.
Today I can say that even if the whole world says that the world is coming to end in 2012, I can still refuse to believe the whole world. I can still stand up alone against the belief of the whole world, and I can reject the theory End of World in 2012 as trash.
B)
In 1980 or some time I read in a magazine story of a Sparrow.
It taught me that ANY TIME IF SPARROW COMES AND TELLS YOU THAT THERE IS 15Kg DIAMOND IN ITS BELLY, THEN DO NOT BELIEVE IT EVEN IF IT PRODUCES LOTS OF SCIENTIFIC DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT.
Therefore now, even if there is lots of scientific material on internet, to support World End 2012 theory, I will refuse to believe it by citing this Sparrow Rule.
C)
Gandhiji
A Gandhiji quote says, " I do not want to see in future. Gad has not given me control over the moment following. I am concerned with taking care of my present moment".
So by citing Gandhiji, I refuse to see in future of End of World in 2012.
D) NOW, THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.
Please try to understand this. "SCARING PEOPLE IS MULTI-BILLION INDUSTRY IN WORLD".
Every time you get scared somewhere, someone is making money out of you.
E) Do you remember Y2 K virus scare of 2000. It was scared that all computers in world will become dead at midnight of 31st December, 2000 due to this virus. If you remember this, try to figure out much money was made by solution selling software companies.
Now, this 2012 Scare has certainly helped some people to become richer.

I am not a scientist. But these all are events which have happened and will continue to happen all over world since thousands of years on Earth.
