Let us not start with Lord Denning. Let us start with You. Do you think that a Lawyer is necessary?
Since I happen to be a lawyer, I am obviously likely to say that lawyers are necessary. I am further likely to say that every lawyer in this country is a necessary.
But the ball is now in your court.
You have to THINK and say whether we really need any lawyer in this country? Why can't we send all lawyers to borders to fight against enemies?...... Where is the need for any lawyer in this country?
The Judges say that lawyers are not allowing them to do justice.
The lawyers keep arguing and arguing!!! Even if Judges impose fine on them for arguing, they keep arguing and keep wasting judicial precious time. Even after we dismiss their cases, they come back with lots of review petitions and curative petitions! They just don't allow us to do justice.
If there are no lawyers, one judge can deliver justice in at least a 100 cases per day and the all arrears of cases will be wiped out in a couple of years! Cheers!!
Litigants also say Yes. They say that lawyers are not necessary. They also say that lawyers are the villains who do not allow them to get justice quickly.
Let us send all the lawyers including Attorney General and Solicitor General to borders to fight against Pakistan.
Not a bad idea ! !
This really sounds to be an important is question.
Are Lawyers really needed in India? Why can't we abolish all lawyers?
Well, . . . . Lord Denning has already thought over about about this in 1983.
I have also many times pondered over this issue.
But now it is your turn to think about it.
