Do you WANT to learn to Argue better ?

In Cricket, you have Sachin Tendulkar. In Judiciary we have Chief Justice S.H.Kapadia and other Judges. Everyday, they strike centuries and every fifteen minute they strike Sixers, Fours and Singles.

Unfortunately, our legal journalists can't see this cricket.

Look at the judgements in CVC case and Vodafone Cases or in 2G Scam case.

Didn't these judges played better than Sachin Tendulkar?

Just yesterday, I saw that Justice Deepak Verma and Justice K.S. Radhakrisnan, struck a sixer and the ball went directly in stadium among spectators.

In this case, Railway Ministry was refusing to pay medical bills of employees, even if in all similar ministries such expanses were paid..

In less than 20 minutes, the entire team of Railway lawyers was out. Lakhs of railway employees will now get what Railway was refusing to pay them since years.

Was this not a big Sixer by judges?

And yet why no media reported it? Why breaking News did not show on TimesNow?

In my view, many journalists do not care to be briefed about matters of national importance and they hardly understand hearts of matters going on in Supreme Court.

They are just there to follow celebrity and sensational news. They are not authentic people who follow voice of their hearts. They are just there to do a job which may please their media bosses. They mistakenly think that they will be more happy if they don't follow voice of their heart.

What else can they do because their bosses are asking for only news that sensalize and news about PIL on scams.  They hardly search for news about the cases which really need to be reported to public.

Why this article on this Mission Critical website now?

Yesterday at 1.00 AM on twitter, I noticed that a college student was reading law related posts on this blog and was following me on twitter. I wondered and asked him if he was a law student.

He replied that he was an Engineering Student!

Why an engineering student should bother to read this law related articles? I asked myself.

The answer came, that every college student in India, now wants to understand what exactly is happening in this country. They feel that 75% news which they are fed by media are partial and there is no ring of truth in news daily poured into our mind.

What these college students actually want is to acquire ability to think critically so that they can themselves distinguish among Truth, Half Truths and Pure Lies.

In answer, I wrote this article.
